Easy Parmesan Chips


Step One: Preheat oven to 350

Step Two: Lay out parchment paper on baking sheet (fun fact, if you crumple it first, it will lay on the sheet beautifully)

Step Three: Lay out piles of shredded cheese on parchment paper (the bigger the pile, the longer it may take to cook)

Step Four: Put into the oven, checking on them after 7-10 minutes

Step Five: ENJOY!

These are great to eat by themselves, or sometimes I’ll have them in a salad instead of crotons. And its so simple! I’ve tried doing it with Parmesan, and pre-shredded cheddar, and both are very good! If you’ve tried this, I’d love to know what kind of cheese you tried it with, and if it was good. I would imagine pepper jack would give a nice flavor.
