Cabbage Roll Skillet: One Pan Wonder

Recently, I tried to create my own recipe, from a few different things I saw on Pinterest. It was a really easy way to get rid of the cabbage I needed to get rid of. I decided to try it after I tried some fried cabbage my mother in law made that was absolutely addicting!

So, I figured why not attempt to recreate it? It wont taste the same due to the other ingredients I’m using, but it might taste just as good! And it would help get rid of some things in the fridge that are on their last legs. The night before I had just made some hamburger steak and had a lot left over ( made extra so that part of the work was done for me already) I also used the rest of the tomato we had from BLT’s the other night, as well as the rest of some cabbage that was needing to be used up.

It’s not very often that I actually invent a recipe, so I’m pretty happy with how this turned out. If you try this recipe in your household, I’d love to hear how you’re family enjoyed it.

  • Melt Butter in pan (butter unnecessary if using larger % of fat in your ground beef)

Notes

  • I like to use leftover hamburger steak in this recipe. This recipe is also really tasty with cheese over the top.
